How do you actually make money?+

A flat 5–8% commission on the order value, disclosed up front and itemized on every quote. There is no hidden markup, no kickback from the factory, and no 'free' service with the fee buried in your unit price.

What's your minimum order quantity?+

We don't have one. We specialize in low-MOQ and mixed-SKU orders — exactly the kind of small wholesale the big agents turn away. If a factory demands 1,000 units, we negotiate it down for you.

Can you share the factory's identity?+

Yes. After you place an order, we share the factory's name and location. We want you to audit us — that's the whole point of being transparent.

How does inspection work?+

Before shipping, we visit the factory and check your goods against AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. You receive a photo and video report. If we find defects, we negotiate the fix before your money leaves.

Is my payment safe?+

You pay the factory directly once you approve the sample, or through escrow for first-time orders. We never hold your money and never ask you to wire funds to a personal account.

What if something goes wrong?+

If an order arrives damaged or not as approved, we work with the factory on your behalf and cover re-inspection. We only win when you reorder — so we have every reason to get it right.
